I have listed and sold over 265 properties in the last 7 years, so I have become a local expert of Wakulla County. I have been selling real estate in Wakulla County since 2004, after moving up from Pinellas County. I specialize in both new construction, short sales, and re-sales.
In 2006 Coldwell Banker was proud to present me with the prestigious award of the International Presidents Elite Club for my closing of 69 contracts in one year.I have also been recognized by the Tallahassee Board of Realtors as being in the top 20% in sales for the last 3 years, and The Diamond Society within Coldwell Banker for 2007.
I also have earned my G.R.I designation that only 20% of licensed real estate professionals have and I'm currently working on my C.R.S. designation.
